For my dog boarding facility I was looking for a program with which everyone could work, especially employees who do not know all dogs by name and only work part-time. Also, for our customers it had to be user friendly and clear. Eventually simsustech and I have managed to achieve this with Petboarding, which now also has online payment integration. For some customers it takes some time to get used to the new program, but overall they are very satisfied with the quick process of requesting new booking- or daycare appointments, which they can also view and edit themselves. For our employees the online payment integration and kennel layout with pictures and data of the dogs is also a huge improvement. Earlier, I had to check a lot of things myself and walk back- and forth, but now I can even remotely create our planning and make adjustments any minute which the employees can use immediatly. Overall this means a lot of saved time.

I experience the new payment system as very easy and clear. It also saves you the need to perform an extra action on location when you pick up your pet. Besides online bookings, now also online payments, is a positive improvement in the process.
